2021 Single Vineyard Wrattonbully Cabernet Shiraz

Our vineyard is a cool and undulating place in Wrattonbully, on South Australia's Limestone Coast.  

In 2021 the cabernet sauvignon and shiraz parcels were handpicked on the same day and co-fermented in open one tonne fermenters, with a portion of whole bunches, wild yeast ferment, basket pressed, aged for 12 months in old puncheons, no fining. 14.0% Alc/Vol
