2019 Single Vineyard Wrattonbully Shiraz

Grown in our vineyard on loam soils with ironstone over limestone.  Hand-picked, fermented with a portion of whole bunches, basket pressed and aged in old oak puncheons, giving minimal oak influence.  Bright, complex and delicious!
