Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Land of Tomorrow Wine delivers wine ordered online within Australia only.
• We do not accept international orders.
• Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3 and 7 business days depending on your location.
• If the weather is extremely hot, we may delay sending your wine to ensure it arrives in good condition. You will be notified if this is the case.
• We will notify you within 2 business days if we are unable to dispatch your order. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you immediately to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.
• Wine will not be delivered to an unattended premise. If the driver comes to your delivery address you are away an “article awaiting” card will be left.
• Wine must be signed for by a person over 18 at the time of delivery.
• Grindstone Vineyard supports the Responsible service of Alcohol across Australia.
• You must be over 18 years of age to purchase wine from this website.

• It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to or obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. By completing the order and offer to purchase the liquor all the details you have provided are vouched true and correct. It is a condition of purchase that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over. If you do not verify that you are 18 years or older your order will not be processed.
